Good location. Right close to the Royal Palace and the Museum and other sites. Beautiful grounds, old converted colonial mansion. Nice plants and decor touches. Pretty big room, lots of mirrors and comfy. Shower has good water pressure but not the hottest water. Staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. They will help you set a fair price for tuk tuks and you can easily get a quality car hire for a reasonable price with their help. Food was decent. Breakfast had lots of options and an egg station. All in all, well recommended.

A perfect oasis from busy Phnom Phen

The hotel does not look like much from the street view, but when you step inside the grounds, it's a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Phnom Phen. On entry, the walk around courtyard has a pond (complete with fish) and a walkway to a tree in the middle, just part of the setting of the beautiful, old french style colonial building, housing the recepion on ground floor level and a lovely restaurant upstairs. This is just one of three eating places in the hotel grounds. Other places to eat are at the red pool bar, and at the main pool area where breakfasts are served.
The location is easy walking to the Royal Palace area and Sisowath Quay and motobike taxis are cheap, to markets and to visit the Genocide museum/Killing fields. The hotel provides a guideline list of costs to pay for the taxis, which helps. We ate in the hotel the whole time and the food was always good and beautifully presented. We can highly recommend the 'happy hour' passionfruit mojito cocktails at $2 each! The pool area was lovely and quiet, with pool access on one side from cabana's allowing for total relaxation and privacy. The grounds were green and lush. There was a gym and spa at the hotel too, but we never got to use either of these.
We really liked this hotel. It was the most expensive one for us in Cambodia, but was worth the extra dollars for the 'wind' down at the end of our trip.

It was a great hotel situated next to palais royal. Nothing to say and just want to confirm that it is a very good hotel. But it is pity that I did not have the room face to the swimming pool.

Centrally located. Lovely pool area. Staff very helpful. Breakfast not a huge variety and outside so you're always hot. Room comfortable, pretty large but the wall sky light in the bathroom brings in too much light and no way to cover it up. Overall pretty good price and close to most things. Pretty satisfied!
