Great location, Friendly service, Good value

Location, Service
8.3
i would definitely stay here again. at the very least, it will make my short list. excellent location right on the river and near the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. all staff were very friendly and provided a high standard of service. absolutely 100% polished precision? not really. but i had no problems at all, and staff seemed genuinely caring and dedicated. the design aesthetic was just about what you'd expect in a value-for-money boutique hotel. it's nice. it won't blow your mind, but i probably prefer these rooms to anything else in the area. the rooms are starting to show their age with wear and tear though.
Hotel Feature Tip: Definitely go for one of the suites with a balcony looking out over the river. Great views and extremely spacious.

Fantastic suite in a great location

Little terrasse with fantastic view - Large bathroom with spa crystal salt for bath - King size bed -

The suite at the 4th Fl. has balcony in crystal glass to allow the fantastic view of the Mekong from the bed... Furnitures need refreshment... Sweet service... Short breakfast, only one croissant but no bread, no marmelade, no fresh juices, the benedict eggs were cold...

Great location and service - at a price

Room size, location and service

check in was easy. happy, friendly staff very willing to offer advice. the welcome drink and cold towel were a nice touch. the room was big with a decent balcony overlooking the quay. great location with many of the main sites within walking distance. on the 2nd day after a lot of walking we were very tired and the hotel even arranged for a foot massage in our room which was blissful. all in all, a lovely hotel with great service and nice rooms. the only negative i would say is the price. it does come at a large premium to other hotels nearby and whilst better than many, i don't think the price difference reflects that.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Tuk Tuks are cheap. To save yourself a headache it's often easiest just to hire a guy from outside the hotel for half a day and he'll take you anywhere and wait for you.

Small hotel in good location

Very near attractions and right on the river
6.3
We had booked standard room but found it at the rear of the building with very small and box like with no windows.equested a room with a window ad tha meant an upgrade as only suites had windows. The 1 bedroom suite was at the front with a balcony overlooking park and river. A great looking, very modern room so the extra price was well worth it. Would not recomend the standard room if you like to see out and watch the workld around the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Dont miss S21 or the Killing Field. Very sobering trip but worth while.

Probably the best Hotel for the price in PP

Location and English speaking staff
8.7
Have stayed at a dozen different hotels in PP and this is by far the best . Location is excellent as we'll as the staff and food available .
Hotel Feature Tip: During my stay I upgraded to the suite and would recommend this as the patio and view were excellent

Trendy hotel in the perfect location for exploring

The rooftop terrace serving cocktails is a great way to start the evening
7.3
This small, friendly hotel is ideally located on the riverside with plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The Royal Palace and National Gallery are also only a couple of blocks away. The decor is trendy but I did think a little worse for wear. The dirty marks on the furniture were a little off-putting. Pay the extra for a suite - its not really a suite and the other rooms don't even have windows.
Nightlife Tip: Start your evening in the hotel rooftop bar with views over the Mekong River.

Great location and lovely style

Amazing breakfast

Free wifi. The location of this hotel is very convenient. our room was opposite to the river, the view is very nice. one thing we don't like is no slipper provided in the room. the breakfast is the best thing, it is delicious and abundant, and you have many choices for the breakfast. love it very much. In this city, it rains every day from 2-4pm in June~July. Please pay attention.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: many tuk tuk will stay outside the hotel to wait for guest. tuk tuk from hotel to palaze and national museum is around us$2. it is not so far from hotel to all main attractions, such as central market.

Really good location

Good location, free internet

the quay is a really nice hotel right on the waterfront in phnom penh, which is of course called the quay. there are some translucent panels that let in some light, but there's no view. the bathroom is quite spacious, with a big walk-in shower.
Restaurant Tip: The Quay is just a block or so away from Friends, the restaurant run to train street kids. It's some of the best food in Phnom Penh, which is full of great restaurants.
