We had a lovely stay with very friendly staff. We received a free upgrade upon arrival to a room that had a balcony. The bathroom was huge, very clean and spacious. The room we stayed in was also large and had surround sound. Their choice of DVDs was great and plenty of channels on the television.
We ordered room-service and the food was very tasty and fresh.

such a nice hotel, modern yet manageable. restaurants were like mushrooms, everywhere just a walking distance. no worries about transportation as tuk-tuk is always right in front of the hotel. and the view of the mekong river is breathtakingly beautiful. it stretches probably up to 10 - 15km.

what a wonderful hotel located in the chaos of riverside. the staff here is extremely nice. brerakfast was excellent everyday. never had an issue with the wifi. rooms were clean and the bathroom was great (especially the shower).

Small rooms with no window

I have 2 rooms, one of them were upgraded free to the Superior Room. The standard room is a room with no window. So it became a problem for us as we are not used to it.
the free upgraded room were another world totally. it is huge, long and big. with windows, balcony and also sunrise view. so i were to choose again, i will not choose the standard room.

warm welcome on arrival, shown to room and given rundown on all the items like electric closing curtains,television,and other features, the room had a view of the river which we booked in advance not many had. very modern in design. within walking distance of the royal palace,history museum,central market, night market and other attractions. plenty of resturants ans bar very close. breakfast was good and plentful. would stay again if in area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do homework on what you want to see before arrive if possible.
Small restruant three/four units to the left as you go out of hotel not bad and good prices, Happy hour 4 to 7 every day.

Fantastic hotel!

it is definitely worth upgrading to the suite. you get a nice balcony with views over the river and the street below.the room is lovely and the bathroom is very posh with a stylish bath and a seperate rain shower. breakfast is ordered from a menu with a good selection of hot and cold food. you can even have it in your room at no extra charge. this hotel is central on the riverside so is ideal for all the sights and has loads of bars and restaurants either side. the staff are all fantastic and keen to improove their english by talking to you all the time. would stay here again.

We stayed at the Quay Hotel for our return trip back to Phnom Pnem. The location is very good as you can walk out onto the Quay and have loads of bars and restaurants to pick from. The rooftop bar on the hotel has nice views but beware of the mosquitoes, it is moving up there. The breakfast at this hotel is very good, all fresh cooked when you order it. The staff were all really friendy too.

we stayed here for one night before travelling to seim reap, right in the centre of town so really good location. the hotel is very minimalist and modern. there are only about 12 rooms so quite small. the rooms and modern and clean but we had one at the back without a window which felt a bit strange. the staff were very helpful and freindly and would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From this hotel you can walk to the palace which is worth a look round.

It felt like a prison cell (not that I know what THAT feels like). Where are the windows?

Great location and different

A really pleasant stay. The staff are excellent, really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was not that big and not having a window takes a bit of getting used to. The decor is looking a bit worn and some of the design features are a bit odd. However, the hotel is unique and has more personality than many Phnom Penh hotels.
Nightlife Tip:
The roof top bar has an excellent view over the river and is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the street below. Its a great place to watch the sunset.
