Boutique hotel with excellent rooms & common area

The Willow Hotel is a former UN building and is both beautiful and homey, while really working well as a hotel.
We really enjoyed the Willow Hotel who were extremely supportive with everything from getting rooms ready for the kids to airport transfers and even transfer to Sihanoukville and later Siem Reap in fantastic minibus'es at reasonable rates.
The outdoor area is covered by sunshades and makes indoor and outdoor blend to one. The atmosphere of eating breakfast at the edge of the fish pond was good. We also had both lunch and dinner at the hotel - food is nice.
All that is missing is basically a pool. But we could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay with two kids in Phnom Penh. We did come back for one more night later on our trip :-)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get room on ground floor if you have children. G1 and G2 are both great. G2 features an extra bed and a "private" terrasse, but G1 is as such a nicer room (Premier Twin).

Triple room great for family
Great hotel. Great service before and during stay. Good breakfast!

For hotel review - see our review of Premier room (it is great).
For Triple room (Room G1), you get three single beds (two can be pushed together to a double). It has separate section for one bed and own private terrace. There is separate bath and toilet, which is nice.
Compared with the premier room, it is missing the nice sofa, and is a bit dark. But it is very spacious and great for a family.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get ground floor room if travelling with smaller kids.
