Situated in the heart of Phnom Penh, visitors have the delights of the city on their doorstep all complimented by comfortable and clean rooms. Phnom Pen has long been a favorite location for backpackers with its chilled out ambience and cost effective restaurants and bars. Other than the recreational pursuits on offer, the city has one of the richest and interesting histories in Southeast Asia, something the locals are eager to share with travelers. The Town View hotel is convenient to everything Phnom Pen has to offer. Hotel highlights include conference facilities and internet access. Although there is no restaurant on site guests just have to step out the door to be greeted by an abundance of delightful eating opportunities.

Not recommended. This hotel has few pluses and too many minuses. The “included” breakfast (which cost me $2) was so-so – only one young woman who really did her best but one young woman cannot put on a hotel breakfast by herself.

Central location, good value for money.
Town view hotel was situated in a central location. Walking distance to central market, Soraya Mall and Lucky supermarket. Our stay was for 1 night only and the hotel suited our purpose. The hotel was newish and well furnished. The room was on the small side, but well equipped with air con., fridge. It was clean and comfortable. The 2 free bottles of water were appreciated.
The downside was a poor breakfast. Limited choice in unattractive setting - sharp contrast to the rest of the hotel.
