It is a very classy hotel with 5-star features. It is fantastic in standards of cleanliness and utility provisions.
Not much actually. Staff is not great at English. Food is ridiculously expensive compared to outside.
This hotel is quite close to the Siam Reap airport and rather far from the Angkor Archaeological park. The hotel is beautiful from the inside and very well furnished. The beds and bathroom are comfortable. Food options however are limited and expensive. It is near the cultural village and the mining museum but not much else to do. Staff was responsive but struggled with English. Cambodia is a very poor country and therefore infrastructure is very weak. But the hotel itself does not let you feel that way.

Location is too far from town centre. A long-ish ride by tuk-tuk each time you need to visit town.
Hotel was almost deserted while we were there - maybe Feb is the quiet season, though the weather was superb.
Impressive menu in the restaurant - though many of the items seemed unavailable when we asked for them.
Travel tip : book your trips to the temples in town rather than at the hotel and save some money.
