good location.
friendly staff
breakfast can be improved
Overall it is a nice hotel, very friendly staff and great location. There is also a swimming pool. Room on the ground floor faces swimming pool and grass land, but make sure you always keep the door closed... otherwise, frogs bugs will come in!
Its breakfast can be improved, with very limited selection.
TV set in the room is VERY VERY VERY VERY old!

The concierge was the strongest point for our family experience. Our daily trips were expertly arranged and our guide was extremely well informed. All in all, we enjoyed our trip to Cambodia and learned a lot.

High Quality Service, comfortable clean rooms
Shop within Hotel too limited and expensive
The Angkor Palace and Spa Resort in Siem Reap is beautifully laid out, with lovely gardens and Swimming Pool. It cost $7.50 to get there from the airport, and $3.50 to get into the township by Tuktuk. The Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were trying to acquire a 5 Star rating at the time we were there, and we could not fault their service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When you buy your ticket to get into Angkor Watt, make sure you insert this into a plastic bag to keep it dry during those unexpected rain showers. The two big Hotel chains which have taken on the running of the temples will charge you another entry fee if the ticket gets damaged.

fairly new hotel. good breakfast. quiet locations.
we stayed for 3 nights after initially planning just two. the hotel is relatively new, so everything is in very good order at the moment. people were friendly, although some of the staff seemed to be inexperienced.

We had a clean and spacious, nice room with small balcony, breakfast buffet was very good. Once we were there for dinner, also excellent food. Very good service (we had some dirty shoes, they were cleaned immediately).
Hotel is quite big, price is quite high also prices for dinner high.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Additionally to Angkor Wat you should visit the floating village at Tonle Sap sea.
Use a Tuk-Tuk to get everywhere!

Lovely, comfortable rooms, efficient and charming staff
We chose this hotel after careful research. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. When we arrived the bed was decorated with flower petals. All areas of the hotel were immaculate and all staff were utterly charming; every request was greeted with a smile and was promptly and efficiently handled. Breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Arrange your owntuk-tuk driver. He will be happy to take you to the market or to a restaurant and wait until you're ready to return to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, amidst a whole row of what look like equally nice hotels. Staff were warm and welcoming. We were there off-season and the place felt a little deserted.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A fantastic excusion is the silk farm in Siem Reap. They have a van that will pick you up at the hotel. Totally worthwhile seeing!!

Angkor Wat and other temples are far from the down town and need transportation any way. There is no hotel within the walking distance to Angkor Wat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can get a car with a driver for US$25-35 a day. You can use the car from 5:30 to go to see sunrise until you return at night.

You've got a great place that we are will to pay to stay at so please don't try and rip off the tourist dollars with your over the top airport transfers and public transport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the travel agents in town or buy the travel guide - don't rely on the information from the hotel staff as we totally missed the sunset, we were leaving at 4.30pm and they said not to leave until 5pm.

A good hotel for a couple of days, perfect when you'd like to visit the temples for a couple of days.

After a hot morning visiting the temples this was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. A short tuk tuk ride into Siem Reap in the evening for some excellent restuarants. Can't wait to go back!
