Very neat and clean. Good Staff. Peaceful location.
No complementary Airport Transfer facility. No reply to e mails for confirming the same. Must improve on food front.
It is located just around 01 km distance from the Pub street, Old Market, mainland of Siem Reap. Good transportation is available(Tuk-tuk). Actually, one can walk down from the Old Market. Hoetl is neat and clean. Food arrangements are not upto the mark. Facility of providing english speaking guides(at cost) to visitors should be given priority. English speaking staff would definitely be an added strength.

So slightly away from the center of the city, you would like to recommend relief from the hustle and bustle. The room itself was not so new, has been properly cleaned every day, there was a sense of cleanliness.
