Moderate.. The air condition is not cold enough and it take long time to make the room cold.. It will be good if they can install a fan inside the room as well.

Huge rooms, but power cuts too often
Free tuk tuk into town, huge rooms
6.3
All I can say is that the staff here were very helpful, spoke good English and the rooms were huge. But:
Twice during my stay, the power cut out all day. Luckily I'd got over my illness (nothing to do with the hotel I must stress) because the air con not working then would be horrific. It was bad enough there being no hot water due to the power cut. I think since the hotel is at the mercy of the Cambodia n electricity companies, a generator might be an investment.
I wanted to like this place, I really did, but I can't recommended anywhere without air con, WiFi or hot water the second the energy companies decide it must be so.min. 50 words

Friendly service and good sized rooms
Well spoken English and very keen to help
8.3
we stayed here because of the swimming pool, but unfortunately it was so chlorinated it hurt my son' s eyes to much to go back in again. the rest if our stay was fine. the free tuk tuk to townwasgreat as we went in to eat in the evenings and it was very easy to hire one for the day to take you to the temples.

Nice hotel, quiet location
Lovely pool area a great place to relax after a day exploring the temples.

Hotel grounds are lovely, rooms fairly basic but fine for the price. Staff were warm and helpful. The slightly out of town location is a bonus as it is calm and quiet and a tuk tuk service into the town is provided free of charge.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a tuk tuk and then a boat to the floating villages, which can be organised by the hotel a great way to see daily life.

We have booked for 2 nights a which is totally overpriced for this kind of room, We stayed an extra night in the same room as we were in Angkor to spend our time on temple visit and not on hotel room research!
The last night, the staff did not change our bed sheet, we also have to go to the desk to request for the clean towel, and the room was full of mosquitoes.
The check-in day at noon, there was no electricity in all the city, as we just arrive from Battambang by motorbike it was not possible to take a shower and even after our ½ day Angkor visit, and this until 7pm, well I guess that when you pay a room from the hotel should have an electric generator at least for the water pump and heater!
Overall tour hotel, it needs a serious renovation, room, and even on the swimming pool floor, tiles are missing, easy to cut you your feet!
Maybe, when there is no electricity, the manager should organize a cleaning greenery area to remove plastic bags and papers!
The staff is very nice!

Nice staff, large room.
Great pool. Good location

we mostly enjoyed our stay. our room was unfortunately right by the reception area and very noisy. the staff and guests allowed their children to run up and down the hall and make way too much noise. we were looking for a relaxing experience and that really ruined it. the room felt a bit like a cave or a basement with no real windows to open to let in any natural light or air. the restaurant was ok. it would be nice if the area outside the gate was not littered with trash. we probably would stay there again if a room on the second level was available, but mostly because of the pool.

Beautiful hotel and great food
7.3
We had a nice stay there, although rooms could be in better shape for that price in Cambodia, but it was OK, nothing special. Staff was friendly, but they're English could be better. Going to town wasn't a problem, because they had tuk-tuks for free.
