Great location - right on the main street.
Staff went "above and beyond" for us. Our breakfast was cooked to order.

New Name: Memoire d'Angkor (still under renovations but they should be done soon). Their new plans include a coffee bar and art gallery, and an improved outdoor pool. I'd like to go back and see how things turn out.
Restaurant Tip:
Right across the street from the hotel, Memoire d'Angkor, is a huge buffet with a traditional Cambodian dancer show. Get the hotel to book for you as they may get a better price (eg $10). Even without a discount, the dinner/show cost only $12 Canadian.

The other posts are correct the hotel is under construction and is turning into a boutique hotel under a different name so I'd recommend staying some where else.

Friendly staff but renovations were inconvenient

The location was great (a short walk from the night markets and restaurants etc...) and the staff were very friendly however the renovations were very intrusive. The workmen were putting up scaffolding on our windows and playing loud music. The work started at 8am and finished at 5pm. When booking we were informed we would not be inconvienced.
