The most disapointing, except the restaurant and the quality of the service with some staff, is definately the fact than everything extra is charged (airport transfert - internet). The pavillon d'orient, which is very pretty, offers these service for free, knowing than the rooms are cheaper, and they provide you a Tuk tuk for the full day for free.

Overall, we my wife and I enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The tropical landscaping was delightfully done and the facilities were clean with rooms that seemed larger than they were because of the veranda extension. The veranda chairs were so uncomfortable that we needed to use the bed pillow provide some lumbar support. As in most of Cambodia, you cannot drink the tap water so the hotel provides two complementary bottle daily. That was not enough for our needs but we discovered that to buy water onsite cost 3-4 times the market price. We took the wireless Internet option which turned out to be a mistake. The wireless signal was strong in our room but not even Google could be found. When it did work, connections were slow. Despite these minor flaws, it was a good stay for a reasonable price.
