Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

clean room and bathroom, quiet
not close enough to main town
I emailed the hotel and asked to be picked up from the airport but they did not show up and so we had to pay for a taxi. They compensated by providing a tuk-tuk free of charge to take us to the airport when we left. There were very few guests when we stayed so it was quiet. The hotel is on the road to the temples but is about 1.5 km from the town. A tuk-tuk will cost $2. The breakfast was not fancy but all fresh and the staff were very helpful. The front desk staff always tried to help with information and spoke English well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel wanted to charge us $5 to hire a bike which did not lock and actually belonged to one of the cleaning staff. We went to the place next door and they rented us one for $3 which did have a good lock.

Nice restaurant, free internet usage, nice balcony
tv reception not so good, small rooms with very little place for luggage, too far away from everything
My accomodation in Phnom Penh was acceptable and there was nothing really that stood out and made it a special stay. It was my first time in Phnom Penh so i have not got the option of comparison. It is quite far away from the main part of town and i have heard that there are other places i could of stayed for the same money and just as comfortable. Nevertheless i would not say no to staying here again if required.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pretty much you can do all the sightseeing in a couple of days including going to the markets. This can leave you a couple of days (more than enough) to go have a few drinks at many drinking holes in town

Pool, restaurant, space in room, staff.
paying for internet connnection in a place where you pay more for a room? Include the internet for that price.
Great hospitality. Very friendly and helpful staff. After a day in the heat exploring temples that pool is a god sent. Nice to be able to escape the hustle of the street and eat the hotel. Great food for a good price. The rooms nice and big. Plenty of channels on the tv. The only thing I would change is WIFI internet included in room rate cause buying logins at reception is silly at a high end property like that.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tuk tuks wait outside. Best to make arrangements with one driver for your tour around the temples. $12 US for day is a fair price.
