This beautiful resort is set amid the historical town of Siem Reap, close to the magnificent Angkor Temples and a mere 15 minutes from the International Airport.

With its accessible location, this resort makes a great base for all travelers to Siem Reap. All rooms are fully-equipped and decked out in a stunning Khmer style. The hotel has a business center and library, offering secretarial services, photocopying, Internet access and faxing. Location was good, staff was helpful

The guide accompanynig us was not good - once he realised that we were there for just one day & would like to see max. sites -- he clammed up & did not explain as expected ( we saw other guides taking a lot more interest in explaining to other tourists)

The stay at Borei Angkor was great -- the staff helped organise the sight seeing trips -- the chauffer was very good & considerate -- though the english speaking guide we got left a lot to be desired. The Spa was lovely & the experience was great!. The buffet had a good spread & the dishes were delicious. On the whole -- a great experience. Thanks

The lighting in the rooms need to be brighter

The entire stay at Borei Ang Kor was a very pleasant experience. From the airport we were picked up (complimentary) and transferred to the hotel. Upon arrival we were cooled-off with a welcome drink and cold towels. The check-in was a breeze. Our room were upgraded and we were also offered various promotional discounts (upto 25%) for the spa packages and in-house dining. The staff were at all times helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the hotel transport facilities for a hassle-free visit to all the sites

When we arrived to the Siem Reap's airport, driver was there to pick us up to the hotel. Welcoming was very friendly and first impression was that personnel was sincerely polite. Member of the staff on the reception was always ready to help regardless of the matter. Only minus for the staff was that we took a car with driver for visiting the temples for full day. Still, when we came out of one of the temples, we couldn't find our driver. Luckily I had my telephone with me and was able to call to the hotel and soon the driver picked us from the right spot. When your'e paying a litle bit of extra of the driver, you of course expect that the driver would be at hand whenever you'd need him...
