Worth to try
the location, the staff including the tuk tuk driver, good pricing

we discovered that we are assigned a double twin bed room instead of a double-bed room. we are surprised that the hotel not only re-assigned a double-bed room but a suite for us! furthermore the tuk tuk driver of the resort was so attentive and gave us very useful information about our sight-seeing schedule and dining choices. We'll highly recommend this resort to whom visiting Siem Reap though the wifi service is not very stable during our stay.

Great base from which to visit Angkor Wat. There are orginixed tours complete with English speaking guides and comfortable cars available from the Hotel. This service is part of the Hotel so there is culpability in case there is any dissatisfaction involved. I must say it was great!

he hotel was outstanding, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and will definitely be back soon.
If you want quality at an affordable price, I can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic hotel to relax in after exploring Angkor

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found it to be a lovely place to relax at after exploring Angkor Wat.
Pros: tasty international breakfast, large pool, happy hour drinks by the pool, customer service and very attentive staff throughout.
Cons: Wifi was very hit and miss, I was located on the third floor perhaps this was the reason.
Finally the hotel was located approx. 7 mins away from the main Pub Street location of SIem Reap, this proved to be no problem as it meant a quieter location, as well as the fact that a tuk tuk could take you to the town for approx. $1 or $2 US. The hotel is located 15 mins from Angkor Wat. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful hotel.

Good except for first night, wrong room type
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A very relaxing environment. Easy access and convenience to go out especially 'tut tut' was readily available.

1) Overall stay was very pleasant. First night was a disaster because i was given a twin-bed room instead of double (which was what i paid for). The beds were not joined together as agreed coz there was no other room. Second night was very good, where i was moved to a double bed room.
2) There was no airport pick up on arrival. I hop on to hotel van which came to pick up another couple.
