All in all a very nice hotel and nice stay. Pros: Good place, excellent pool, very nice interior of the hotel and room itself. Helpful staff. Nice pleasant and abundant breakfast.
Good starting point to discover Ankgor Vat.
Con:Just one: at ckeckout they did not want to take my 100 usd note, because there was a less than a millimeter !!!!( I measured it) tear in the note! They said the bank will accept it with a a dollar deduction from them! Then after I called the manager she took that after a 5 minutes discussion. It is a shame that they give such a last impression after a nice stay! Overall I recommend the place.

we were welcomed with a delicious tea and a small cake wrapped in banana leaves. the breakfast was huge, the staff very polite and helpful. This was my favorite hotel in Cambodia, and possibly the best I have stayed in anywhere.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The room was first class. Great facilities.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The service and friendly rapid response to all my needs was commendable. The honesty of the staff was clearly demonstrated when I dropped a hundred dollar note outside the lift, I reported that to the reception and within 5 minutes, the young manservant who found it returned it to me. I highly recommend this place that is truly 5 star with a 3 star cost.
