It is situated in a quiet location, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly

The hot water system broke down one morning, the lift broke down once with people inside and they took turns in which towels you missed out on each day

Casa Angkor is a friendly hotel which is a 5 minute tuk ride from the bustle of Pub Street while being away from the city noise, the breakfast menu is fairly basic and don't expect anything to be either hot or cold apart from freshly cooked eggs as everything is lukewarm. The bed was comfortable but we wish they would use pillow protectors as the pillows were stained but overall it was fairly good value for money as long as you didn't drink at their bars, we didn't eat there as there was no atmosphere and Pub Street has a good range of eating places all at great prices. We would stay here again.

Nightlife Tip : Head to Pub Street to eat and the Old Markets are only a block away. You need to negotiate with the Tuk drivers and make it clear each time how much you will pay but generally a one way trip around town should be no more than US$1

near old town can walk to Pub st.

Staff not too friendly.

The hotel is in a pleasant area of town. The hotel itself has some charm, but found the reception staff a little unfriendly. The hotel is within walking distance of Pub St ( 15 min)where all the restaurants and bars are to be found. Hotel pool looked good but small.Did not have kettle in room (had to request one)and only one saucer for two cups.

Warm friendly service, close proximity to centre and relaxing atmosphere.

Its location makes it harder to find at night

Besides the templesight seeing, this was the most memorable part of our 2 day Angkor visit. Though we arrived 5hours before the stated checkin time, they were kind enough to organise another room for us, and we settled immediately into the hotel. Though small in comparison to other hotels we past along the way, it has its own intimate feel and the standard room with king bed was spacious for the two of us. We were lucky enough they gave us a room facing the adjacent hotel, which meant we looked out into the giant pool and resort setting though it was not our own. The pool was lovely to dip into and do a few short laps, the breakfast was substantial to fill our stomachs. There was a free 15 min foot massage, and they offer 60min massages in the complex for a mere 10usd onwards. The walk to pub street was about 7mins along the main road, though along the way, there was a smaller market and other sight seeing to be had. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our stay at this little hotel, and would definately recommend it to our friends.

Hotel Feature Tip : They are without complimentary coffee, so if anything, pack your own 3-in-1. And if not tired, definately do the walk to pub street and old market. on our first day, we paid 1usd for a ride to the centre (and quoted 3usd at night), but felt a little ripped off when the ride lasted only 1 minute.

Nice building and room (#211), huge balcony, breakfast okay, quiet street, friendly staff, newspapers.

Street in a bad shape, some of the staff speaks limited English, light in room is not too bright, lobby is not very welcome.

Although half of Siem Reap was flooded, the hotel was not affected by the unhappy circumstances. The Agoda booking I made caused some problems for the staff: booked for 2 persons/2 nights but when I notify them my girl friend would arrive the next morning from Singapore they got confused about breakfast coupons etcetera (for no reason as I paid for 2 persons anyway). Didn't have time to try the swimming pool unfortunately. The balcony of room # 211 is huge!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Explore Angkor Wat by bicycle!

Great breakfast. NIce shower, clean accomodations, nice pool with a happy hour

far from the main parts of town but easy to get to in a 1 dollar tuk tuk ride.

i really enjoyed my stay at the Casa Ankor. The staff was friendly and very helpful with making travel arrangements. Quick 15 minute ride to the airport. I really enjoyed the spa on location. GREAT MASSAGE. there is really nothing I would change about this hotel as far as the accomidations go I just wish it had been closer to Pub street where all the action is (walking distance about 20 minutes). But the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious- especially the fried rice! I would definitely recommend this location. It is also close to Angkor Wat

Nightlife Tip : Take a Tuk Tuk for $1 to Pub street and enjoy the Red Piano. All the food in this area was great.

Good room level Swimming pool Breakfast

The street to the hotel (bad road - gravel road like)

The Hotel is really confortable, good room, all confort. They have a spa were you can have very nice massagges. It's perfect to join the temple area, just 15 minute tuc tuc drive. It' s a 5 minute walk to the pub area. The bad thing is the road just in front of the hotel, full of hole. beware. We have had a very pleasant stay there.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can have almost everything near the hotel...

Great setting off the main road, good value

A couple of big groups when we were there, the street is quite dark if coming back late

The hotel is very well situated, located in a road parallel to the main thoroughfare through Siem Reap. The Old market and restaurants are walking distance or a couple of dollar tuk ride away. The hotel seemed very popular with Japanese groups which made it a bit busy at breakfast. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel Feature Tip : The reflexology in the hotel spa is much more relaxing then most in Asia, which have a tendency to be on the rough side

Quite economical 3 star hotel with simple international free breakfast. Have a nice swimming pool.

Is quite dark at night on side street of the hotel, quite scary walking back to hotel.

A value $ 3 star hotel with quite fine location. Tuk Tuks were always available if needed.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Angkow Wat & Bayon are worth seeing.

During one of the showers, a number of the rooms on the level 4 (top floor) got flooded - overflow from the roof, gutters could not cope with it and so it took more than an hour for someone to get and determine that they will give us another room, another half an hour to find a room, and than another hour to find clean towels for the new room.
