Quiet, clean, and friendly staff. Very helpful in arranging tours with guide and taxi. Honest and will help get you best out of your visit. Food reasonable but lack selection.
Massage though cheap but lack ability to speak English. Wanted 2 hr massage and they gave 1 hr only. Need to have internet access in rooms.
Hotel is walking distance to town center (10 min). Basic simple hotel rate it 2-3 star. Would recommend it to friends because quiet place and very hear to nice restaurants and a few pubs. Also walking distance to buffet dinner with Apsara dance show. Clean and very helpful staff. They can help organize tours and ensure that price is good and you won't be cheated by guide if go through hotel. Also get cheaper price for buffet dinner if purchase through hotel. Have pick-up (free) from airport but need to pay for return to airport. I feel hotel should include this in their package for convenience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get hotel to organize tours and taxi for you. They make sure you don't get cheated by unscrupulous guide who wants to charge more. Taxi they hired for us was very good. The driver (Mr. Bross) provides cold bottled mineral water every day which is useful when visiting so many temples.

Riverside location, breakfast, pool
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, its perfectly located to walk into Seam Reap Old town and provides easy access to the temples. The breakfast was fantastic and the swimming pool was greatly appreciated every evening after exploring Anchor Wat. It takes 5 minutes to walk into the old town where some lovely restaurants can be found.

Noise from chamber maids telephone in corridoor, weak wifi strength.
This is a very good value hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The view from the roof top bar is stunning (better sunsets than Anchor)and the adjacent pool is large and deep (for a roof top pool). Reception staff were quick to advise of options involving seeing a doctor when I became ill and seemed genuinely concerned. I would definitely stay here again.
Nightlife Tip : Great curry at the Karmasutra.
