Characterful colonial-style 20's building. Friendly staff. Lovely pool.

A few mosquitos in the room. Western food wasn't quite as successful as the delicious local menu choices.

This hotel has tons of character and atmosphere! The main building is stunning, you really feel like you've gone back in time, and the new-build bits blend in fairly well. The staff are very friendly and smiley. We had a few mosquitos in the room so they sprayed it and gave us a plug-in repellant and it was fine. The pool area is fab - it's a saltwater pool but it isn't very salty and actually much more pleasant than chlorine. My favourite bit was the bar area and terrace looking out onto the road and river outside.

Nightlife Tip : Happy hour has beers for one dollar!

Restaurant is great, rooms are very nice

Staff at hotel lobby is not always helpful

We stayed in the FFC Angkor Hotel during our trip to Siem Reap / Angkor Wat. It was a great experience. The room was very nice, and the hotel restaurant was even nicer. The spa and swimming pool made this trip very relaxing. I'll surely recommend this hotel when people visit Siem Reap/Angkor Wat. The only thing that can be improved is the friendliness of the hotel staff. They were not always helpful and their English is not very good.

Staff, pool, Breakfast!!! Happy Hour, free foot massage!

Is starting to show its wear a little upgrading in the room.

We arrived early in the morning and our rooms were actually ready which was very nice. The check in process went very smoothly. (we had three rooms) We went straight to breakfast which was lovely and then since it was so hot we went to the lovely pool. The hotel arranged a driver for a half day so off to the temples we went in the late afternoon. The hotel recommended fantastic restaurants and even sign us up for a fabulous cooking school. I can't wait to go back there again.

Restaurant Tip : The Amok is a fabulous place to eat
