Over all the stay at the Grand Soluxe Hotel was above average. Surely, people would appreciate a top-notch world class service and facilities after tiring themselves throughout the day with the temple hopping itineraries. Staff are great,services are fast, and if you had great timing on lean seasons, they even allow you to bargain your stay upon check-out.
We arrived at Siem Reap very late, so we basically wasted our one day accommodation. Upon check-out, our flight was scheduled 10:30 pm. The staff were kind enough to extend our check-out time to 3 pm. Th even allowed us to use the facilities even after check out.
If you're looking for a hotel that is a few minutes away from the airport, this is the hotel that you should go to. Transportation wise, you can rent a tuktuk that is readily available at the hotel lobby. Also you can use the free bus service (PM only) that would go around the city.

My companions and I loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. We were given welcome drinks, towel and a Cambodian scarf upon entrance. We did not have any difficulty communicating with the hotel staff, they understood and speak English well. They were able to provide us with all our needs especially since we had a companion who's on a wheelchair. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Overall, we had a very pleasant and unforgettable stay with the hotel.

not far to night market, with free shuttle bus or tuk tuk (just $3 us)

We stayed here through a special rate deal and it was fantastic to come home to the lovely pool, spa after visiting the temples during the day. Very easy to get a tuk-tuk or book tours through the office. Free use of business centre or wifi in rooms. Breakfast was excellent - best omelettes we've had so far. Drinks at the bar were a bit expensive each night but this is a five star resort. Our favourite hotel in our five weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia by far.

We spent wonderful stay in this hotel with our little daughter (9 months). The personal was really nice, the swimming pool very pleasant...As our daughter is young we could not go out for dinner and had to go to the hotel restaurant. We were extremely surprised but amazed about the food ! One advice : take this hotel !

Family experience at Angkor Wat
The concierge was the strongest point for our family experience. Our daily trips were expertly arranged and our guide was extremely well informed. All in all, we enjoyed our trip to Cambodia and learned a lot.

Very nice hotel, amidst a whole row of what look like equally nice hotels. Staff were warm and welcoming. We were there off-season and the place felt a little deserted.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A fantastic excusion is the silk farm in Siem Reap. They have a van that will pick you up at the hotel. Totally worthwhile seeing!!

You've got a great place that we are will to pay to stay at so please don't try and rip off the tourist dollars with your over the top airport transfers and public transport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the travel agents in town or buy the travel guide - don't rely on the information from the hotel staff as we totally missed the sunset, we were leaving at 4.30pm and they said not to leave until 5pm.

カンボジアのリゾートホテルとしては大変質が高いと思います。現地に日本人のスタッフが2人もいることにびっくりしました。台湾の団体客のために中国以後（？）の歌手が夕食時に歌うのはちょっと興ざめします。
