good location for visiting the main heritages/
very relaxing setting/
good food with the chef's creative touch
communication between the front desk and house-keeping sometimes looks a little loose
We three were there in a bungalow room. The room's very spacious, and has one tub and two showers(one placed in a tiny but lovely private garden outside), which gives us the convenience of tidying ourselves quickly everyday before lunch and dinner. The vacationing atmosphere and quietness of the hotel guests made our stay a pleasant one. The staffs were very willing to answer our questions and provide assistanse. The little gifts placed on bed for turn down were different everyday which gave us little surprises. I look forward to staying at this boutique hotel next time when I am back to Siam Reap, and I shall recommend it to my friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Angkor Wat worth to be viewed at different times of the day.

Great location (close enough to both city and temples). Lovely grounds and pool. Great Staff!
The one aspect of the hotel that could use improvement is the restaurant. It's extremely expensive (3-4x Club Street) and you feel silly paying that much more. Almost out of principle we went out every night. There should also be a separate menu for lunch with lighter/less expensive options. Lastly, the hotel allowed smoking in the lobby/restaurant - this was unfortunate.
The Heritage was one of the highlights of our stay in Siem Reap. We loved the pool area and really enjoyed eating breakfast outside every morning. The staff was extremely solicitous and was willing to go out of their way to provide anything we needed. We were lucky enough to experience the bungalow suite, Pink Lotus, and it was a beautiful room! The addition of the Bodia Spa was a treat - I availed of the services and couldn't have been happier.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure to take a walk around the neighborhood. Although you're in the city, just around the corner you have your local school, temple, shops, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the Heritage. Upon arrival we were told that due a humidity issue with our reserved room we were being automatically upgraded from a standard double to a bungalow. The bungalows are huge and come with an outdoor shower, steam room and lounge area. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking for something quiet and off the beaten track.

Design of hotel
Friendly reception staff
Quite secluded
The air con wasn't strong enough.
One morning they served breakfast cereal.containing ants or small flies.
The concierge wasn't very helpful.
Angkor Guide booked through hotel concierge was incompetent (hardly understandable English)
The hotel was very dissappointing for a small luxury hotel. Especially the concierge didn't seem very knowledgeable (i.e. restaurants in the area and tour recommendations). The rooms are huge with high ceilings, and the air con didn't work, which is a very important feature in a malaria area.
