Location. Best staff ever. Good B&B
The hotel picks you up at the airport. Family run and very good service in the hotel and they arrange tours etc. at good prices. Breakfast just OK. 10 minute walk to good food.(PUB st.). 1$ tuk tuk instead of walking. You feel at home.
Restaurant Tip : Big choice at PUB ST.

Freidnlt and helpful staff.
Not much things to do in the hotel. The water from the shower did not drain away and caused flooding in the shower room.
Would recommend friends on a low budget visit. Not a fantastic hotel but enough to give one's tired limbs a good rest after a tiring day's outing. The staff are superb they are friendly and helpful and that make up for the shortcomings that we encountered. The hotel could have been better with things to while away the time when not out wandering in the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Within ride from the airport, shopping and sightseeing centres. A visit to the floating villages on the ton le sap is a must in one's itinerary.

Good and safe location. 10min walk to Pub St. and Lucky Mall. Friendly staff esp the owner Somna.
Muddy road outside hotel. Majority of the hotels have muddy roads right in front. Computer at lobby is out of service. However, on every lanes, there's internet cafe at USD0.5 per hour.
Really worth for the money i paid as a solo traveller. Even better rate if two stay in one room. Include airport transfer by remork. 20 min ride from airport. Also include a la carte breakfast on the roof top. Remember to order the night before. Portion a bit small but Very relaxing. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Speak English slowly. They are very eager to serve. Book Khmer dinner and show at Koulen Restaurant (opp to Lucky Mall)through hotel and get good table. Shall try to spend at least 3 days in Siem Reap.
Hotel Feature Tip : Family, Wooden and Silk Rooms are of the same size. Family on ground, Wooden on 2nd while Silk on 3rd floor. No elevator. A bit different a la carte breakfast menu choice.
