We were there couple months ago on a short holiday, we requested an airport shuttle and some city tour to Angkor wat and other historical site, all staff was so helpful and accomodative to our requests. You can also expect a gentle and polite friendliness. Hotel area is near city centre, either by walking or taking tuktuk. Our room is very spacious, nicely decorated, modern yet still traditionally authentic. Also huge bathroom, bathtub, separate shower room, separate powder room, and walk in closet. It also has inside living room, and outside terrace. Wonderful.

wonderful stay. good location for a romantic getaway in siem reap - the hotel is situated near a river, only a short distance from the pub street and the night market, friendly and attentive hotel staff, impeccable service but breakfast was mediocre, relaxing environment and the hotel spa was good.

Had a great stay in a lovely hotel. Weather was not great (drizzled for most of our stay) but the room was spacious and inviting enough that we were happy to chill there. Unfortunately we didn't make use of the lovely pool, but we had a swim in the tub instead!
Shopping Tip:
If you want a cheaper option than the limited wine selection through room service, pop down to the petrol station just down the river road. Pretty good selection and so much better value. They have snacks too!

from the moment we arrived at the front of the hotel we were made to feel welcome. nothing was a bother. the feeling of welcome & relaxing ambience continued for the whole of our stay. the staff, from the manager to wait staff at breakfast & at the pool were outstanding. they were all truly proud of their hotel & anxious to help in any way.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Angkor Wat is a stand out. A good guide is very helpful in understanding the complex. Pub Street great for a drink or a meal in a fun atmosphere.

Very nice hotel
Location was quiet and convenient.

watch out for shower in big bathtub. no curtain and my husband got water everywhere!
i think it was cambodia rather than the hotel but internet connections were a challenge - even for hotel it support. no connection from an imac; no blackberry connection. connection from a pc was decent.
Travel tip:
Food was very good but over-priced.

Great hotel, excellent location
Location - close to Ankor Wat, the service from the staff was very good and facilities and accomodation are of a vey high standard.

A great place to use as a base to explore Ankor Wat. When you've tired of temples, it's also close to the town centre and has good pool, spa and restaurant facilities to relax with. Definitely a great place to stay.
