This is definitely a hotel we highly recommend. François, Nathalie and their daughter Jade were really lovely, caring, delightful, making us feel like at home.
The pick up with the tuk tuk was perfect, Pisen the driver was really sweet and caring. The check in was fast, François welcomed us. The room was big enough for us and our baby with all normal facilities. The room was very clean, attention to details for decoration.
The garden is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast area, the bar area, the pool area: everything is made for you to feel comfortable.
The food was amazing, so good that we ate 90% of the time in the hotel. They brought us home made yoghourt for our baby who loved it, François made him some carrots puree that was delicious! The prices are really affordable.
The swimming pool is salty, really good for babies like ours, we could swimm there every day after walking all morning in the hotness of Siem Reap and Angkor.
François, Nathalie and Jade know when to talk to you, or when you want to stay quiet and alone. This is something we really appreciated, and we loved talking with them about Khmer culture, food, history. They gave us really good tips about the trips, where to go, and when. All the staff was really sweet, smiling and caring.
The last diner in the hotel, we ate with them, just like with friends.
The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be to have an amplifier of wifi, but this is very minor.
If we go back to Siem Reap, we would definitely go back there!

Quiet, relaxing place with superb staffs

I absolutely love this place! It will be my choice again if I were to return to siem reap. Quiet relaxing place. And awesome superb staffs.
We book this villa when we were at Phnom Penh abt 2 days before our arrival. We left a note as we wanted a pickup from the bus station since diff bus company has diff drop off point. I had a call from Staff confirming that the next day. Very efficient.
We were received personally by the owner, Mrs. Nathalie, at the door. Being a avid traveller, this is the first time I ever experience it. It really made me feel welcomed and special. I give a thumbs up for that
Staff really made us feel very welcome. Absolute good service. We were scheduled to leave out villa early one day to catch the sunrise at Angkor wat and we requested if it is possible to pack some breakfast though it was really early. Immediately without any hesitation, Staff agreed.
Other occasion when we were on an early bike tour, he arranged for the manager to come in earlier so that we can get some breakfast before setting off.
Staff gave us good suggestions for restaurants. We had a really nice BBQ buffet and French food. She always give us suggestions on places to visit. I feel very comfortable chatting with the family. They have a pretty daughter who is very gracious! I was tempted to go for a swim in the pool but didn't have any swim wear. She offered to lend one of hers to me. I thought it was very sweet of her.
Our tuk tuk driver, st, recommended by the villa was friendly, polite and responsible. He always waited patiently for us though we might get carried away shopping and turn up late.
The villa is beautiful. We had breakfast in the garden. It has a nice, clean swimming pool and jacuzzi, which I will enjoy the next time when I come. The room is spacious and clean. Though my room mate mentioned that the air com is a little old and not cooling though. I thought it was fine. I sleep very well there every night.

the hotel is very nicely furnished with a very well kept garden and pool area. it arranges for a tuk-tuk which can stay with you for the day at reasonable cost. the location, halfway between the airport and the centre of siem riep, is out of the main centre which is about 5-10 minutes away by tuk-tuk. with the heat and tiredness of a days visiting of the temples or town we were very happy to return to the pool and the quietness of the hotel location.
