Rooms are well furnished, comfortable, neat and clean. Location of hotel is good.

If you want peaceful sleep, avoid rooms closer to the club

I had booked at this hotel for stay of my Uncle and Aunt in Feb-09. Hotel gave them a complimentary upgrade to room 117 that was fabulous. In May-09 I booked at same hotel for my parents. They enjoyed their stay as well. Hotel phone was not working that day and I called on the mobile of the manager. He promptly took his phone to the room so that I could speak to my parents.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take any inexpensive Tuk-tuk (auto-rickshaw) to see the temples and for going to city.

The facade of the hotel is a site in itself, incorporating designs which tells you that you really are in Cambodia. The reception staff is very accomodating. The waiters in the restaurant of the hotel is the best. I had my breakfast and the waiter is quick to respond to my needs. Also, since I liked the food in the restaurant, I had availed of the room service 3 times and the food was great. I particulary liked the burger, pork rice, chicken rice and spaghetti with meatball sauce.

The hotel is 200 meters from the main road which is not much of a problem during day time. But at night it is quite dark, you may want to have arrangements with a tuk tuk driver in the morning to fetch you at night should you want to have dinner at night in the city center

This is a value for your money hotel. The room is quite big, very clean, has a tub, cool airconditiong, cable television. It is just a 5-10 minute tuktuk ride to the city center. It is just a walk away from the market where you can buy bottled water, local fruits, including CDs of local artists. The second floor of the hotel has a business center which is WiFi ready. You can purchase a prepaid card at the reception lobby and enjoy the internet. Should you have your own laptop with you, you can enjoy the same inside the privacy and comfort of your room. It is a very clean hotel with all the amenities of a luxurious hotel. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices, from American to Chinese to Cambodian cuisine.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A tuktuk driver is all you need to explore the city. From hotel to city center, it is 2USD, hotel to Angkor Wat is 15USD for a whole day tour, and hotel to airport is 5USD. Always make it clear with the tuktuk driver how much is the trip beforehand

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean, great location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We really feel like we got a good deal with the price we received through Agoda and the very comfortable hotel. We look forward to going back there again, next time we are in Siem Riap.

Shopping Tip : I forgot the name of market near hotel. I can buy everything that are too cheap. And I can understand the life style in Cambodia.
