we had a great time in the hotel. there was a welcoming drink and fresh fruits in our room. breakfast was great. very nice pool and spa services. staff are nice and helpful. they are very corteous.
Travel tip:
You don't have to exchange your US$ to their currency.

swell time one of the most memorable stay....
my daughter and i had a wonderful time at the pacific hotel. the staff were all so nice, the manager all so helpful and courteous. they were there on hand to welcome us, to assist us and help us from the time of our arrival to the time of our departure. if you wanted a hotel car for touring they could assist you and these people are very honest and reliable. they never cheated us like in other countries we have been too. i would highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future. kudos to the staff. very clean, morning sunshine, all amenities complete, great can't ask for more. it is like staying in a 5 star hotel but very reasonable prices.

The Pacific HOtel is highly recommendable. It is value for money. Location perfect. Staff perfect I would go back to this hotel in the future. Very clean rooms, morning sun, staff so friendly, The food was perfect, breakfast had a variety of choices and even the ala carte highly recommendable. The Spa is highly recommendable. Very nice service for the spa and the gym and pool maintained well. My vACATION was so memorable because of the nice service they had when we rented a car to tour the whole of Siem REap. Kudos to the staff. I would like to thank everyone from the manager to the bellboys. I would someday come back again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very near restaurants. hotel is near the downtown area. accessible by hotel taxi or tuk tuk. spas abound. way to relax. You are treated like a queen.

Pacific Hotel
接客態度も良く気持ちの良いホテルでした。日本語の出来る現地スタッフもおりなにかと相談に乗っていただき助かりました。

ホテル車による空港送迎可（但し別途依頼の必要あり）。朝食も種類が豊富でした。以前のレビューにもありましたがツアーでよく利用されるホテルのようなので、早めに行くことをお勧めします。最終日にホテル車による観光（ガイドなし）の後、空港へ出発前にプールサイドのシャワールームも利用出来助かりました。歩いて行ける範囲に食事やショッピングをするところはなく、往復には車などの利用が必須です。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
リピーターで、観光に日本語ガイドが不要ならホテル手配の車と旅行会社との価格の比較を勧めます。自由に動けて価格も安いケースもあります。

처음에 2박3일예정으로 아고다를 통해 예약하고, 2일을 더 연장 했는데 마지막날은 묶어던 방이 없는 관계로 standard룸으로 주더군요. 처음3일은 슈페리어룸이었거든요. 암튼 이 standard룸 상태는 안좋아요. 바퀴벌레도 나오고 도마뱀도 보이고..컴플레인 했더니 방을 바꿔주긴 했지만. 이것땜에 마지막날 호텔인식이 나빠지긴 했어요. 오후3시까지는 무료로 late check out가능하고, 프론트에 말하면 무료 wifi id하고 비번 줍니다. late check-out 후 짐을 호텔에 맡기고 주변에서 마사지를 받거나, 아님 밤 10시까지 수영하면서 시간을 보내면 됩니다. 수영 후에는 옆에 있는 스파에서 샤워 및 탈의 가능하고요. 프런트에 사전에 말하면 공항까지 무료로 태워 줍니다. 바퀴벌레 사건만 아니었으면 전체적으로 만족해요. 조식도 그런데로 괜찮아요.
Restaurant Tip:
머물다가 한식이 그리우면, 대박식당으로 가세요...5불에 삼겹살 무제한 제공 입니다. 밥하고 된장찌게 포함 입니다.
