Location, Staff, Breakfast, Pool, Spa, Shuttle to and from the airport, etc. This is a great hotel, with very friendly staff and good breakfast.
Very good location in a walking distance to many restaurants and night market.
The spa offered a voucher of a 10min relaxing head and shoulders massage that was fantastic.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't accept any taxi offers to be your driver during your stay... it is preferable to walk around with a tuk-tuk which is a very nice experience. Our tuk tuk driver speaked good english. Only charged 12US$ a day, however the usual tip can be expected...

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.
Easy to get to pub-street, tuk-tuk's waiting in hotel parking lot, only $2 USD each way. Small bit of confusion with them on the car to go back to the airport, but they got it solved in plenty of time for us to catch our flight.
The breakfast buffet is not very good, in spite of having a large selection. This hotel worked out great for us. I called them and they had a car waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. The rooms are quite comfortable, but some westerners may think the beds are too hard.
The buffet breakfast is rather poor quality for the western food, and my partner said the Rice Soup was not very good either.
There is a corner store very close by, which was good for buying a few items to snack on when lounging around the pool or on the room's balcony. Enjoying a cold beer while watching the sun set from the balcony was quite enjoyable.
Getting to pub street was easy and quick, a $2 ride in a tuk-tuke.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value. Perfectly located. 5 years old hotel but in great shape ... as good as new. Fantastic salt water pool and tanning area. Really there weren't any!
What could I think-up here? Nothing in our experience. But at the busy time of the year, seat by the pool may be scarce. Clean Rooms; Well located; Polite staff; Good value; Great salt water pool.
We needed and infant cot and got one no problems.
Food is cheaply priced. Packed breakfast provided free-of-charge for the early morning Sunrise trips. Good quality guides - we had two and 3 drivers over our stay and they were all good. If you find better value for money and a nicer hotel (5 years old and excellently maintained), let me know!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get out of town ... get away from say only ANGKOR WAT and ANGKOR THOM and do it earlier in the week. It gives you a great feel of the country. Make sure you visit the great work being done by AKI RA at the LANDMINE Museum.
