pleasant stay
good location, nice rooms
My husband and I stayed here when we completed the Angkor Wat Half Marathon. The hotel was the host hotel so it was very convenient (transpo to the race was provided). The rooms aren't flashy but are clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is decent and the staff are friendly. They have a musician playing piano in the bar each night. The spa was also nice. Easy walking distance to many restaurants but did take a tuk tuk to Pub Street at night. Only one strange thing about the hotel- they will only give you one room key (even when there are multiple people staying in the room.)

good location
lovely sized pool
the hotel is located in a perfect central area. room had a nice balcony over looking the pool. the rooms need to be modernized. the price for the hotel is we feel a little over priced. the bedroom floor boards have started to spread, the rooms need lighting up. breakfast was good, friendly staff

Nice location, nice layout, run very poorly
close to Angkor Wat and had a great breakfast.
had been to siem reap before and knew i wanted a hotel near to angkor wat but could walk downtown plus have a good breakfast that opened early so we could get an early start on the day. this hotel offered all those needs but fell flat on it's face in the service/business end. i paid extra for wifi in the room which never happened even after a number of pleas for help to the front desk people and their it personnel. this went on for all 4 days i was there. finally had to go off site to an internet cafe an pay for the service which were prompt and complete. even the hotels lobby based public computers failed to work most of the time.

One of the many nice hotels in Siem Reap
Nice hotel with helpful staff in a great location
moved to this hotel following a three night stay in another hotel which was located on route 6. i must say that the hotel offered excellent value for money and cost a third as much as the previous hotel. the standard was as excellent as the previous place and the location was far better. very nice rooms/pool/staff etc etc... my only negative comments are that i found the wifi very intermittent and pretty much unusable during the afternoon. also, when i extended my stay, they would not offer the same rate as online and therefore my nightly rate increased by $15. overall a good place to stay

Old colonial style hotel. Smelly air con
Service vey good
We booked a room overlooking the pool and it was large and spacious and very clean. However the air conditioning had a damp smell to it that we didn't smell on arrival as the room floor had just been polished and we could only smell the polish. The breakfast is acceptable not fantastic. I think more geared for Cambodians and Chinese than European. The dinner menu is very good and the food excellent. If i went to Cambodia again I would be happy to stay there but would request a room that did not smell of damp! The location was very good . You could walk down to the main restaurant area in 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel.
Helpful Staff.
The spa facilities were not all in operation. Only the hot sauna was working, no hot jacuzzi or steam room available.

Great Location ..
Great Location, walking distance from night market, eateries and bang opposite a 24 Hr convenience store. We did some shopping and even managed to drop our purchases to hotel so as to have a relaxed dinner, all within 10 mins at a princely sum of 2$ return trip. Checking in could have been smoother specially pinched us as we wasted 20 mins on a short two days trip. They give only one room key card even if there is a couple ! No lift to level one, but overall the experience is good.

lovely rooms, clean and fresh.
Pool was amazing.
Beautiful hotel very close to the action of Siem reap! Pool was amazing and tranquil. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Rooms nice and clean with tub and separate shower, nice patio, firm clean bed. The only problem was the Internet was out of service the whole time I was there! Very unsatisfied with that.
