Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is between Angkor Wat and town so easy tuk tuk to either. Hotel can organise tours for you. The salt water pool was fantastic and movies were played by the pool at night. The breakfast was amazing.

Renovations were happening right above our room. We had flown in overnight so was not happy that this was happening. This was during the day, it stopped at night.

Hotel has great facilities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and there are supermarkets across the road to pick up snacks and drinks. The pool was awesome and a great way to finish the day. The hotel is in a great location and not too far from shops or sightseeing.

Shopping Tip : Great supermarket across the road to pick up snacks and drinks.

Excellent location. Good value.

A little noisy on New Year eve. I think all rooms are facing the pool where the party was hold.

My family enjoyed staying at the hotel. We rented two rooms for the five of us. The rooms were rather small to put an extra bed but that's our choice--for two people the room was fine. It's location was excellent, situated in the center of town but not too close to Pub street where tourists crowded at night and close enough to walk or take a very short ride by tuk tuk for a dollar. The hotel was nicely decorated with Khmer/Thai theme. The lobby had a girl playing Khmer xylophone non-stop while we were waiting for something. Nice, but I wish she knew about taking a break. A non-stop monotonous tone can be annoying--but this is very minor draw-back. Rooms clean and well-kept. Restaurant served very good Thai food. Waiters were so nice and polite and attentive. We did not have a chance to use the spa but it must be nice to get a foot massage after a full day walk. My family and I love our stay there and would go back any time if we go back to Siem Reap.

Restaurant Tip : We didn't have to look far for good food. The restaurant in the hotel was so convenient and provided decent food at almost any time we wanted.

excellent rooms (clean, spacious, modern) with great comfort. Location is top (5-10min city centre and Nightmarket). In front of hotel is a shopping mall. Great variety at the breakfast buffet. one free airport transfer. live music in lobby

No free Inet access (only two available PCs). Xmas Dinner Gala (overpriced, low variety in food, poor show performance)

Stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe room. Had a amazing time. Good and clean facilities. Very quite. The swimming pool is excellent. The location of the hotel is top. Everything, city centre and all the markets, are in walking distance. However, a big minus was the Xmas Gala Dinner. The setting was perfecet but the food was a desaster. The BBQ meat was either not yet done or burned. The raw fish was not iced. Expected more variety. For $40pax you can expect more.

Clean Rooms

The customer service was not very good. Mistakes were made and there was no prices set on anything, which meant they could quote you something and retract the quote at any time.

This will be the last time we stayed at this hotel. The staff has not been trained correctly in dealing with customers, therefore there were many mistakes made. One of those was a free Xmas dinner we were told that we receive with our room, but this dinner was retracted later one via a note. The hotel is also a 10 minute walking distance to where all restaurants are, therefore not that convenient. The best thing the hotel has to offer is the free breakfast and the free airport pickup. For the price we paid for the hotel, you expect better service from staff.

Clean Room.

Inexperience Staff.

Rooms were clean and updated, but staffs are inexperienced therefore many mistakes were made. The location is about 10 minute walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only good thing is that it's on the main street so everything is easy to find. For the price you pay, you'll get a good room, but don't expect good customer service.

* great location * beautiful swimming pool * very good breakfast buffet with many, many choices * very friendly, helpful staff

* lack of reliable hot water especially in the mornings * hard bed

This hotel's location, about a 10 minute walk to Pub Street, the night market and great restaurants, was the main selling point. The other bonuses were the great breakfast buffet with many choices and the fantastic swimming pool. The major drawback was the lack of reliable hot water in the mornings. The sign said to let the water run to heat up but we left it running for up to 30 minutes and it was still just barely warm.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I highly recommend these tour guides for temples, schools or any sightseeing in the area. The sister (Ponheary) does the booking.

Good price, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good food (breakfast included), great location.

It would have been good if the hotel could have directly arranged tours themselves. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Hotel was exactly as described. They arranged for an airport pickup, and from the very beginning, the hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped arrange tours of the Angkor sites (as well as the floating village and other local attractions), were very receptive to any requests I had, and overall were very friendly.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try to avoid the main "floating village" and try to arrange to go to some of the less touristy ones. You'll be charged much less, and the experience will be much more rewarding.

We had quite a good stay here. It is a good 4 star hotel and service is great. Breakfast was good too. The pool is quite nice and the location is the best. $1-2 tuk tuk ride to the market or pub street and about 10 minutes walk.

The only thing was that it was a tiny bit dated. The hotel was very clean but a bit dark in decor. Had to pay for internet too which was a about $3 for an hour.

Generally we had a great stay here for three nights. Again, the location is the best thing about the hotel. Some of the other hotels seem a bit further away than this one. The staff were very friendly and our room with a balcony was very nice. Asides from the decor being a bit dated, we had a good stay here. We took a bus to Phnom Penh and organised it through the hotel. The bus came to the hotel to pick us up which was handy.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you have two days, go visit all the regular temples around Angkor Wat one day and then go see Beng Melea temple (about 70minutes away in a tuk tuk). It is really worth it.

Excellent pool, nice room, quiet and opposite a mini-mart. Had some Ankor wat footage playing by pool in the evening, which was very informative.

Staff don't listen! Spent a lot of time trying to get them to help me book boat ticket.

All the hotel facilities were great but the staff really need to boost their game. They seemed nice enough but could have been better informed. Salt-water swimming pool was different, but nice. Mini mart across the road very convenient to pick up a wine or bug spray. Very clean room and there is even a DVD player. You can rent movies from the front desk.

Spacious and clean room with full 5-star facilities

The shiny floor is over-polished, making it quite slippery.

The hotel is nicely located in the town center. We love the rooms despite of the slippery floor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Meals at the in-house restaurant downstairs are of great values and definitely worth a try. We even discovered that it's better & cheaper to dine in so we ended up having our dinner here everyday.

Restaurant Tip : Blue Daimond is a must. The Thai chef cooks really good and authentic Thai food.

Kindness of the staff, Excellent swimming pool. Some trouble with the hot water and the balcony door were resolved immediatly and professionaly.

The hotel is realy nice with a fantastic swimming pool and a very good gym. Very good breakfast. The room was large and only needed a little renovating on the furniture and the bathroom. Good value for price.

Restaurant Tip : I recomend NEST,a fantastic Café Bar with a very good ambiance and excelent food. Café Indochine also. Very nice staff, good local dishes and not expensive. Both are about 5 min walk from the hotel

Great location; well appointed rooms; good value; nice pool

Slow check in; fitness center is lacking

A business associate and myself recently stay a few nights at the Prince D'Angkor. Each of us reserved a junior suite. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and convenient to both the lobby area and the pool and spa. The location is very close to the downtown and right across the street from the new Lucky Mall. Both of us said we'd definitely stay there again!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can take a Tuk-tuk anywhere you want to go. It's cheap, readily available and fun!
