They placed us at a more luxurious hotel next door, for the agreed upon booking price at theirs. It seemed nice, mid-range, a clean pool, a large cafeteria-style restaurant, a small cocktail bar in the lobby. Loved the place next door, the Aspara Angkor, but I presume it'smucj pricier if you book there intentionally. Still, can't fault the fruits of their placement efforts.

minutes before they figured out what to do. They also clearly neglected to update their online info, with regard to Agoda and other services that were cited in the Kayak listing. Agoda had the best price, of course, almost always does.

We had booked severalweeks in advance, so it was not the result of any last-second lapses. But they were deferential enough, and eventually booked us a fabulous room in a fabulous hotel, no extra charge from their own $34 quote. And it looks like a clean attractive Western-style establishment.

Hotel Feature Tip : Reasonablewalking distance or dirt-cheap tuk-tuk distance to the attractive colonialcenter oftown, where the markets and restaurants and nightlifde are clustered.

Clean, big rooms.

Breakfast is a little poor when the hotel occupation is small, but still ok.

Good hotel for people who wants to have a clean hotel. Staff is really very friendly. Tuk-tuk from the hotel starts working at 9, if you order a tuk-tuk for 8, they let you wait until 9 o'clock! Better ask a tuk-tuk driver to come and get you. All by all we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, very good restaurant with good prices.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Culture village, at 500m walk from the hotel. Be there at 3pm, you can enjoy shows until 9pm.

Halal restaurant, polite and helpful staff.

No complimentary coffee in the room (only tea).

Apparently this is the only hotel with a halal restaurant in Siem Reap. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff are polite and helpful. The pool is nice too. The hotel also gives a 15 minute complimentary massage. Breakfast has a good spread.. I love the chicken noodle soup! There is also a casino at the hotel, but we didn't go there. I don't really like the complimentary shower gel and shampoo though, will bring my own the next time I go there.

The room rate is unbelievably reasonable.

Restaurant Tip : A short trip to downtown is all the going on at Pub Street where you can have all the dining at a fraction of hotel rate.

One day at Angkor Wat is sufficient, take a taxi for 25 USD and start with Angkor Wat, then Angkor Thom and then Ta Prohm. Otherwise there will be a lot of people doing tours, and the Wats will be packed!

Restaurant Tip : Kamasutra (Indian restaurant) and Indochina (French restaurant). Both very good and excellent food.

Quiet night

1 cup groups

We went to the Chinese New Year, may have been full of groups,騒GASHIKATTA really has arrived. However, the calm morning and evening, that night I can not imagine it has no place. Delicious breakfast.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ruins of Angkor Wat was amazing, too. Also worth seeing the ruins on the outskirts of BENMERIA.
