Bad Location Old Hotel but Good Rooms

the hotel is very cheap. we absolutely loved the value of our money there. but it is very near the airport which is a bit far to the main town. airport pickup was free so that was a big plus.overall, a nice hotel but very bad location. i would rather have stayed in pub street.

if you want a convenient but affordable way to tour the temples, just hire the hotel limousine service. i found this a hassle-free way to enjoy my sight seeing.plus excellent service by the chauffer.

very good hotel and we had a comfortable stay after tiring walk within the angkor archeological park. friendly service and acceptable taste of hotel food. i like it when the staffs do go extra mile to take care of the customer.
the location is quite far from pub street and night market which costed me on the transportation fee.

The hotel location was not very good, given that it is located about 4km from the city centre where Pub Street and Old Market were, although that would be a minor issue as we had a personal tuktuk driver for the 3 days we were there.
The rooms were very spacious, and the facilities were generally in working condition, although it was evident that the hotel was not very new.
Breakfast was ordinary, the usual ham bacon sausage egg varieties seen in many hotels worldwide, along with a few local dishes.
The hotel seems to be catered to large Asian tour groups, as we saw throngs of them during our trip.

Breakfast seriously not worth getting up for (for those used to western cuisine) and there were lizards inside upstairs. The internet speed is similar to when the internet was invented (no exaggeration),they charge $3 an hour for it and a member of staff has to enter an User Name and Password literally every 5 minutes when it timed out.
The worst thing about the hotel is the reception staff. When complaining about the internet one young, male staff member just laughed out loud repeatedly at me and continued to do so even when I pointed out that his manner was not acceptable.

The hotel has large rooms with a surprising degree of comfort, considering that Cambodia is a developing country. In the back there is a large swimming pool where you can take an enjoyable dip after a day of sightseeing. The office staff is a little bit aloof, but perhaps we felt this way only because we just traveled from The Land of Smiles.
