Their free room upgrading reserved us to a room that was more than enough for four people. The room had a jacuzzi and an impressive painting on the bedside wall.

Overall I had an enjoyable time at the Royal Angkor Resort. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Breakfast could be improved though. More variety would be good.

I can't whole-heartedly recommend the hotel, but hopefully once it has been in operation a bit longer, the "quirks" of the hotel will be addressed. The on-site spa, while very nice, was limited in its offerings because it was still so new. We didn't know the selection would be limited when we made our appointments. However, it was a good value for the money, relatively convenient, and the people were great, overall, I'd give it 3.5 out of 5.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Cambodian Cultural Village is just across the street and looked like it would be an interesting attraction, especially for children.

great experience inside the hotel and out Guest Rating: 5.0

The hotel is not well located. The food at the New Year's Eve party was very poor.

Have been glad to stay there, can recomend to book longer than intended for more relaxation and enjoyment of the hotels atmosphere!.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a local Tuk Tuk driver for the whole day if you only got to town or Angkor Wat (waiting just outside the hotel) or a TaxiDriver if you wanna go further.
