Memorable and Worth the Money

The staff speak really good English and are really friendly treating you like you are part of their family. No problem encountered while checking in and out of this place. But I have to say you have to be prepared in walking the stairs since there's no elevator. Breakfast was a bit redundant (eggs, ham and toast)

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we availed of their tuktuk service to go around the temples and the city. Our tuktuk driver is Mr. Say Yada and he is very polite and he always arrived on time. He also provided us with cold water during our trips to the temples. The rest of the staff is very polite and helpful too; and they always greeted us with a smile on their faces. The only complaints we have are the limited choices for breakfast and the pillows. However, the good service that they gave us made up for those minor inconveniences.

Initial problem we had was, we were not picked-up by the hotel from the airport as my main reasons for booking it were its cheap price with pick-up and its proximity to Angkor wat. However, the staff had been apologetic and it was enough that they were very accommodating and eager to help and answer our queries. Also, when we demanded that we be taken to the airport to make-up for their prior failure to pick us up, they were prompt to agree without arguments nor difficulty in our part.

The hotel is a little bit out of the way, however they provide a free tuk tuk into town. You have to arrange one back yourself however.
The power went out while I was there for a few hours.

Myself and my 3 friends had a pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and the majority had good English. It was very close to Angkor Walt and they offered free taxis into the centre of Siem Reap.
