Families with young children Bulgaria, February 04, 2013	5* room and service at 25$/night clean room, new, friendly staff 9 this hotel is a gem but a bit far from the main siem riep attractions. we booked an executive deluxe room (actually the price was same as deluxe) for 2 nights that costed us usd (inc. taxes). we did not used the pickup and drop off service as our driver from phnom penh dropped us to the hotel itself. the room was excellent, very clean with bathtube and all supplies like in a 5* hotel, incl. toothbrushes, combs, etc. but only 2 big towels were provided (no separate hands and face). but definitely not 30 sqm as listed in agoda. for breakfast they offer a selection for 7-8 sets. it;s not a buffet but the food was enough. the hotel has tuk tuk to drop you to the pub street up to 9 pm. they said can provide pickup too but i could not understand how it works. anyway a tuk tuk costs only to go back and we did not go to the hotel before 9 pm. as a whole excellent experience and will wholeheartedly reccommend this hotel for any type of travellers. ps. as many tuk tuk drivers do not know the hotel a well known attraction nearby just 50 meters acreoss the street is "new star karaoke". during our stay it was closed for the king mourning so i cannot tell if there is a lot of noise from it or not.

Friendly service and clean and comfortable room 8.3 i had a great stay in this hotel. the boss of this hotel was very nice and friendly. he tried his best to accommodate all of the guests' needs. the staffs were friendly. the room was big and clean. we could use wifi all day. and there was a complimentary service, free tuk tuk ride to the central area.

Solo travelers United Kingdom, January 02, 2013	Loverly people made you feel relaxed Great staff they all came from Loverly land!,,, 8.7 Clean rooms , not big but nice, they offer good value and look after you on the tuk tuk service. They can't do enough for you the staff, and have great sense of humer . I would prefer to stay in a place like this than any top of the range hotel just because you feel relaxed And at home.
