Great location, great pool and comfy rooms

this hotel has a great location - just near pub street(resturants), old market and night market. stayed in room overlooking pool which was very quiet. great breakfast, great pool. free wifi. very helpful staff. plenty of tuk tuk drivers nearby!!!!! only real criticism is the limited number of pool lounges to lie on - we occasionally had to sit in the chairs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you are planning a long day at some of the 27 Angkor temples during hot waether, hire an airconditioned car - you will be glad of the respite!!

good room, although the bed was quite hard. close to everything and easy walk to "pub street" and good eating places. good swimming pool. excellent breakfast. evening meal at hotel restaurant very "ordinary".
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: drivers of 14-seater vans to phnom penh drive too fast and are quite dangerous. we organised a private van for this journey and would recommend this option ahead of the above previous option. better to arrive alive!

We have stayed at the steung siem reap twice now. It is reasonably priced, clean, and the location is great. Right down the street from restaurants and markets, but not a noisy location at all. The breakfast is good as well. (Not great, but quite good)

Simply a Great Hotel

good location, modern spacious rooms, very clean, excellent buffet breakfast, nice swimming pool

this is a well managed, modern hotel. it is well located, the rooms are very clean and spacious and importantly it is very safe and secure. all the staff are polite and friendly and always seem to have a smile on their faces. the buffet breakfast is extensive and appetising and the food is fresh. last but not least, the price is reasonable....what more can you ask for.

This hotel has an excellent location, it's near the old market, you have many restaurants, bars, and different kinds of shops all around, you can go walking in all the little streets in the area and find any kind of things. This staff at the hotel was very kind, the only thing, we had to change room because it was a little bit claustrophobic, the window was to the wall of the next building, and with a very loud noise in front, so we had to change and pay extra for upgrade. The breakfast was good but not delicious.

Still as good on my second visit

this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and this time we were in the block on the other side of the road. the rooms are equally as good - good size, clean, comfortable beds and especially welcome after a day round the temples, a bath with lots of hot water. the staff are so polite and helpful - a delight to stay there. will definately be back.

Advantages: excellent location, good hotel, good rooms, nice staff, quick laundry. Disadvantages: Towels were not very clean (not white), with stains. White clothes after laundry were with stains.

This hotel is really a 3 star, the breakfast is very limited.and for most of our stay we hod no hot water in our room
