very nice hotel compare the price n location. staff are very helpful n welcoming too.
main door not well lighted at night, so not knowing whether are we on the right way back to the hotel and main lobby not air-condition
Compare to the price i'm paying, it was consider a good bargain. Very near to places like night market and old market. Easy to find food because the pub street is just behind the hotel. If u find that the food pricing were too high then walk to the old market just next to the pub street, the local food there is just half the price of what u get in pub street. Just a piece of advice; Don't go to the restaurant in pub street named "Cambodian BBQ", kinda tricky in the way they were doing business. Ask for what u are paying & getting before u goes in especially the proportion of food u are getting. Hope it does help, cheers!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tourist information is just next to the hotel, inquire from there if u need guide's or tuk-tuk rather then from the hotel itself because it usually cost u more.

Staff were lovely amazing old wooden building, massive air-con rooms with TV. Excellent location if you were wanting to walk around the city, ie close to pub street and many cheap resturants
The breakfast included was not good, and the coffee wasnt either!!! But you are a 5 minute walk from the Central Cafe- great food and coffee!
We thouroughly enjoyed our 5 nights in The Ta Promh Hotel in Siem Reap. Location and rooms were excellent. Staff were only too willing to help if need be, one even coming to the markets with us to help translate!!! Amazing! There was english channels on the TV also great for relaxing in the aircon after a hot dusty day at the temples. I would definately reccommend this hotel to travellers and would stay here again.
Travel tip : Pub Street is a definate for the party animals and also the sreet that runs parallel to the river, along side the old market has amazing cheap good food and drinks.

The hotel is too dark. No lights is on at night at coriddor . Besides , the breakfast is pretty bad compare to last year
I stayed at Ta Phrom last year.I am satisfied but not this time. My family and I is not so happy about the hotel.The breakfast is pretty bad as they serve al carte. Only very very simple breakfast like omelet and bread. Also got to wait for a long time to wait for the b'fast being serve. Hotel corridor is too dark.
Hotel staff is nice and polite . Location is execellent
