Beautiful hotel.

Hotel was very lovely however there is not an elevator. Our room was on the third floor so we had lots of stairs to climb. The room itself was pretty with a buddist shrine right in the sitting area of the room. I was unhappy to find that the bed was another flight of stairs up from the entry into the room. I don't remember seeing anywhere that this facility was not acceptable for people with disabilities. I would not have used this hotel if I had understood how many stairs would be involved with our visit. I think the online descriptions should be changed to reflect the lack of elevators and that some rooms are 2 stories themselves.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Excellent location to restaurants, markets and nightlife!
I also booked an additional bed because it was not clear in the description how many people the room accommodated. I did not need this bed upon arrival. Hotel would not refund the money and I was told that I had to take care of it with Agoda. I have not heard if this will be refunded or not.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No elevator. Double means size of bed, not how many beds.

This is a very central hotel in Siem Reap. Rooms take a little bit of getting used to, lily ponds under the shower and large sculptures as water features take a little getting used to- but they do make the place unique. Staff are really friendly and service is excellent.

We wanted something different and not just a hotel room or a resort what could be anywhere. This boutique hotel is perfect. We stayed four nights. The rooms are unusual and we loved them, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool on the top is a bless. There were small things, e.g. our first room had a bit a smell and had no warm water. They tried to fix it first, and after the first night we got another room next to the pool area. It was nice, no smell and hot water fixed. We were happy. Location could not be better, close to the buzz. We enjoyed our stay and if returning to Siem Reap we would book here again. No need to look for any better accommodation.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was great, especially the hotel manager. I can't recall her name but she did a great job. One day my room was not cleaned while I was out so when i got back i asked them to please clean/make up the room. She was right on it and even offered me a free drink while I waited for my room to be cleaned.

city of siem reap is quite touristy, plenty of pubs and markets catering to the crowds. terrasse des elephants is in the city near the action, but perhaps not as tranquil as some resorts further out. rooms are nice enough with an adventurous ankor theme for those who like something different.

Difficult to have anything negative to say about this hotel, so I won't !!!
The staff were incredibly helpful at all times, nothing was to much of a problem. The hotel was located close to the night market and 'Pub Street' restaurants etc, excellent in al respects.
The room was on the too floor overlooking the swimming pool, which was an oasis from the hustle and bustle outside.
In summary I would say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in

there is little to fault about this hotel. from the moment you arrive to when you leave the staff cannot do enough to make sure your stay is memorable. i don't believe that they know the word "no", every request is met with a winning smile and nothing appears to be too much trouble.
the location is very close to all the hustle and bustle of the market area and pub street, yet its roof top pool and terrace provide a haven when peace and quiet are the order of the day.
should you wish to venture out to visit the temples at ankhor, then there are no shortage of willing and ameanable tuk tuk drivers ready to negotiate a price with you.
i cannot honestly find fault with this hotel and it does much to enhance the reputation of this beautiful country.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Find yourself a Tuk Tuk driver early in your stay and negotiate a price for trips. If you think they have given good service (I'd defy you to think otherwise) then always leave them a tip. Stick with them for your stay and they'll look after you.

Fantastic place for a romantic stay in Siem Reap

we spent 3 fantastic days in that hotel. room door litterally opened on the swimming pool with table, chairs and waiter bringing you a nice glass and a great view of the city centre. the room decor was very fun, including a bassin with lotuses, open shower,... ! food was top, even considering that food in cambodia is almost allways good. people were extremely nice with us. definitely recommended.
note that there is no elevator and the "garden view rooms"/swimming pool/etc... are on third floor. i have no problem with that, but you might consider this if you have difficulties walking in stairs.
