Sweet, comfortable, small boutique hotel

Loved our stay at the moon boutique, the staff are all so sweet and organized, the restaurant very good and affordable, the pool and spa also nice (not luxurious, but simple and relaxing) free tuk tuks to pub street were a wonderful perk. I highly recommend. Only complaint are the guests who smoke in public places.

I sent an email to remind them about picking me up at the airport, but no one showed up. They were apologetic about this and promised to investigate it, and promised to return the money I spent for taxi to the hotel. In the end they seemed to "conveniently" forget about it, so I didn't bother. Plus the A/C in my room was leaking water.... Thankfully the staff took care of it quickly.
Overall the stay was pleasant, the staff are eager to help and the breakfast croissant was divine.

We were only in Siem Reap for two nights, arriving in time for dinner, spending one day touring the great temples and leaving the next morning. But loved our stay at Moon Boutique! After being picked up at the airport, we were warmly greeted by the staff. Dinner at the restaurant was delightful as were the breakfasts. The hotel has a relaxing aura about it and the staff add to that, they are there to assist you with a smile. We enjoyed the spa and pool, too. I can't say much about the area, which was down a dirt back alley, as we weren't there long enough to explore, but the hotel was great!

fantastic and will go back,staff where very helpful gave us a mobile to call for there Tuk Tuk which would come and pick us up from the town when we where ready free of charge,great bathrooms.

A lovely, quiet hotel with excellent staff
the garden setting, the personal service you receive a a smaller hotel, the fresh made to order meals that were also very cheap

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moon Boutique. It was a great place to come back to after trekking around the temples and a nice escape from the bustle of pub street, though access to downtown is very simple as the Hotel provides you with a free tuk tuk which is very convenient.

Was expecting the worst when the tuk tuk (arranged to pick us up from the airport by the hotel) veered off from the main road into an unpaved road.. However, the hotel turned out to be an oasis in the middle of nowhere with fantastic staff and service..

It's very convient for you that tuk tuk driver of the hotel takes you to the downtown and back. And also the staff provide great breakfast. It's so abundant breakfast that you can enjoy eating breakfast near the swimming pool in the cool morning. A lovely hotel with wonderful plants and delicate status. It's worth booking this hotel. Cambodia is a good place you can travel with your family again.
