We enjoyed our stay very much as for our intention to mainly come to visit the temples the all-inclusive combination with the offer of an individual guide & car, a massage a day, the attentive and pleasant people and the breakfast, lunches & dinning all-inclusive were the right choice. We were not really aware of this deal before our arrival and normally we do not like any kind of all-inclusive packages because we enjoy to get to know different places in the surroundings. However, this stay we were with our children and we were all exhausted after the day in the temples and the heat made a break at the hotel in the middle of the day a nice alternative this was the right choice for our stay.
The hotel itself needs a facelift (momentarily partly in process) and besides the "privileges" of the Privilege floor I would not consider it a 5 star resort.

My friends and I stayed at the Privilege Floor from April 19 to 23. It was a Great Great place to stay in Siem Reap.
Excellent service. Pleasant people. Delicious food.
You can get a very nice room, unlimited laundry, a full time personal driver, great breakfast.
The 4 ladies miss the Privilege Floor already.

My stay was excellent. The staff are the highlight of this hotel and their professional delivery of service is exceptional from the moment of being greeted by Jacky with a jasmine flower bouquet and cool hand towel to the complimentary upgrade and personalized service during my stay. Restauarant staff at Damask are delightful, food is good - coconut icecream is best in the world. Room is clean and organized. Private driver is great. All the services provided make this hotel the best. Private cooking session with chef was high class and professional - he is very knowledgeable/high ability man. Pool area is awesome. Bunna is a sophisticated and charming woman who coordinates and runs the show very well at this hotel - I was impressed and her English is perfect. The hotel showed generosity and went beyond the service of a 5 star hotel. I was greeted by name - bless these staff - they present better than the 5 star places I have stayed in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of staying in this great hotel to visit Angkor Wat. It was our first trip to Cambodia and as very experienced Australian travellers it has been a while since we have travelled to an "unknown destination" If you are wanting to stay somewhere that has brilliant service, very good western and Cambodian cuisine I highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary cocktails in the 4 th floor lounge are world class and in particular the mojito's and the Singapore Sling! The hotel arranged our guided tours through the temples. It was very hot and our driver "Borang" always had cold towels and chilled water waiting for us on our return to the car. Alex and Anna quite literally made us feel like we had been there before with a natural warm Cambodian hospitality. This hotel is the perfect balance of having all the benefits of a big hotel including brilliant spa (the pedicure was unbelievable), the club lounge, brilliant pool , complimentary laundry service and minibar, with the feel of boutique accommodation. Thank you to the management and staff for making our brief trip to Cambodia a wonderful and treasured memory. You must go to the night markets and try the "royal suite" at the hotel. We stayed in room 341 which had a sauna, jacuzzi with tv, our own lounge, formal dining room and kitchen! HUGE! Thanks for the complimentary upgrade! We loved our time here!
