We stayed for 3 days and the place is quite okay. Dont expect the 5 star hotel service and facilities but the place location is accessible to the city center and angkor temple. Better get a tuktuk in this hotel rather that in the airport. Since this hotel offers a wide services for transportation is quite cheap than getting it to airport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont ever get a tuktuk in the siem reap airport. Its expensive and they will bring you to some establishment which they ask you to buy something in a expensive cost. Better use USD as your pocket money since most of shops there is using that currency.
First day i recommend hire a tuktuk to bring you around the area. But the succeding days hire a bicycle for just 2usd per day you can go wherever you want. Be careful where you eat also, look for a descent restaurant to eat. Try angkor and cambodia beer, its nice.

Guesthouse is in a nice quiet street. The accommodation is basic but you get what you pay for. Although breakfast is included a lot of options on the menu were unavalible. When we enquired about a take away breakfast in order to take to see the sunrise at Angkor wat we were told we should have ordered it the day before, information which would have been useful the day before!

We booked a double room but when we arrived we were told that only a twin was available. The room was fine except the air conditioning wasn't very good. I left my towel out to dry and it went missing, I later found out that this had happened to other guests. Breakfast included was basic with many options on the menu not available!

Lovely little hotel, it's outside the city centre, where you find pub street and the night markets, but you can get a tuk tuk for $2.
The main lady who runs the hotel speaks amazing English, happy to help you plan any day trip you are wanting to go.
I would 100% stay again.
Cheap and cheerful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Please visit the landmine museum. Such an eye opener.

Good budget accommodation, very friendly staff. Bit out of the way but main 'pub street' area within walking distance. Fan only room- our friend had an ac room at a different hotel in a more central location for the same price. Plumbing not great- we could not turn the tap off in the bathroom! Would stay again though, was fine.
