Not worth staying here...
at least they arranged a very good taxi driver for us to Kep - not their own service!!!

Dont be misled by the features advertised. I was disappointed with the room - very basic, small, full of bad smell (smoke and mold), a clogged sink and housed a lot of mosquitos, I could have found a much better room nearer to the beach. Wifi was a hit and miss inside the room and super slow. Staff are unfriendly and not welcoming at all - helpful only if you ask for a paid service from them. They dont even have a public bath where we could take a shower after an island tour and take bus to another place...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dont plan to stay in Serendipity beach area if you dont like noisy night life and crowd. Try Otres area. I preferred and enjoyed my stay in Kep rather than Sihanoukville. In Kep, you can really have an enjoyable relaxing.

In general this is a good experience, the hotel is nice to be budget price. The swimming pool is very good, in size and location. It has also a bar service next to it.
The room was a bit disappointing with dirty bathroom. The power went out for a while - it seems common in town - and that affected also the water supply in the bathroom, so the only choice was to stay away until the situation was fixed.
Nightlife Tip:
The location is good, and since the food at the hotel is just standard with not many choices, you can walk to the beach next to it. Over there, in the evening you can find plenty of places cooking seafood barbecue, and enjoy fireworks on the beach.

Beach Road hotel was very comfortable, even us a bit older travelers enjoyed hotel's laid back atmosphere. Location was excellent, close to restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to beach.

This was an average hotel. They don't clean your room unless you request it which is quite annoying. The bathroom is a wetroom and towels are old and thin. Not sure what better options there are in this price range though. When I checked out they had lost my agoda reservation so insisted I run over the road to print it for them. When they realised they had it they made no apologies. Terrible attitude.

Overall the hotel provided what we wanted, good air con and a good location. It definitely could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. We did have the power go out at one point which is apparently a regular occurrence in the area. That was a bit of a pain as without power none of the running water worked. Overall it doesn't do anything to stand out as a great hotel but it wasn't bad either.

we only stayed here for one night and i don't think we would stay here again. the rooms were dingy looking and the bathroom smelled and just did not seem clean. the location is great and the staff is friendly, but the room is a big turn off. the hotel is in the middle of downtown and very close to the beach and you can eat at the bar/restaurant at the hotel or go to any of the places nearby. if it wasn't for the rooms, we would probably stay here again, but they are just a big turn off.
