Victoria S. Couples United Kingdom, February 04, 2013	5 star room, 2 star hotel Huge luxurious room 5.7 We stayed here for one night of luxury, and from the website, were expecting a perfect stay. The room was great - very big, on the water, fantastic bathroom with 3 different showers to choose from, and the biggest ed we have ever slept in! But the resort was sorely lacking - full of noisy kids in the pool, breakfast a scrum of people, the reception staff appeared to find our 2 requests very diffcicult, long delays waiting for the buggy to take us from our room back to the main lobby (1.5km), and generally a little sorry for itself. Lemongrass restaurant on the waterfront was fantastic - more 5 star presentation, view and drinks, but sadly the room and restaurant standard weren't backed up by the resort of the service. Restaurant Tip: A sunset drink at Lemongrass is perfect.
