great place, clean rooms

I recommend this hotel but if you like quite beach with no sellers around you can get a tuk tuk for 1 dollar and go to Sohka beach, which is more cleaner and not too many people eventhough is a private beach sometimes they might charge u for 10 usd and use there pool.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a good experience. Free breakfast wasn't that good unless you got there early but the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

old and smelly room on the first night

first stepped into the room, we were thinking of not going back there. It's an old and smelly room in the same block with the hotel restaurant.
upon request to change our room, the staff said the room type is "villa" type and all the other types have been occupied. we moved to another room under "villa", we found no water supply in the room (even the hotel staff did come to check but say "will check again" but never come back, lights cannot be switched off unless you off the master switch, and the old 2-door fridge makes loud creepy sound when you off the master switch. we not able to take shower after 10 hours journey on bus from Battambang, till next morning when there's another room available (finally)
out of 5 hotels we stayed during our 14-days trip in Cambodia, this is the ONLY hotel which charge payment directly to credit card upon booking, without mentioning anything upon booking! guess this is how the hotel makes sure people wouldn't leave even the room condition is bad.
the net morning when we moved to the third room, even the room condition meets the basic requirement of a hotel (clean towel, have water supply, lights can be switched off etc) but for sure we wouldn't want to go back again and, will pre warn all friends going to visit Sihanoukville.
Hotel Feature Tip:
make sure you read everything carefully, even the smallest note almost invisible at the bottom of the webpage when you input your credit card details. if you found your card is charged immediately after the booking, write straight away to the party in-charged, to avoid any hanky panky things from happening later on.
