Seen better days
The staff in this hotel were great, the pool was grand, however the hotel has seen better days. It was starting to look a little dated. The view of the ocean was amazing. Ok on a budget

Excellent hotel in a convenient locaiton
The hotel has well appointed and spacious ocean-view rooms. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub. Staff is helpful with information, The hotel is only a few steps away from the pier with boats to the islands and from the beach. However, the choices at breakfast are limited.

Expensive hotel for the area, if everything was working a 4 star rating may have been acceptable but reality was it was not. Only warm water (at best) was available, and the aircon barely worked. Hotel in general seemed a bit tired.

Good location at the front of the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The rooms were large and well appointed, and the resort was located at Serendipity beach and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the minus points were that the shower floods in the bathroom and the breakfast could have been better. Otherwise, the hotel is value for money.
