The staff was VERY friendly. The manager helped me get set up in my room. They are very happy to chat and offer help. The facility is actually an apartment. I was fortunate to have a two-bedroom apartment which was very clean and convenient. The Chinese girls in the office are REALLY cute and friendly. You can go to their apartment-office/work on the computer, hang out, flirt. Fun!
Hard to find. Dank/dark concrete hallways that make you want to run screaming.
It was close to impossible for the cab driver, even with maps and phone number to find the hotel. Be sure to call the facility and have them e-mail you really specific instructions in Chinese to give to the driver. This facility is an apartment and the hallways are dark, spooky, and not very pleasant. Once you get into your room, it's not so bad.
