nice location (near the sub-way and the forbiten city).
the steff always try to help
the cleaning services are great!!! there is a big diffrence between the type of rooms.
the hotel look very old
the bad isn't very comfortable
the internet and spa servives are very expencive (about 120 rnb per one hour) the hotel isn't very expencive.
the value of the mouney is fine regarding the services.
the location is good but you must take a texi if you dont injoy walking in the snow (in january it was -20 degrees)
the steff perfomence was good
the hotel conditions was medium
in the swimming pool you must buy a pool-hat !!!!!

hotel is clean, in a good area, but not necessarily walking distance. Staff spoke english well. could have perhaps stayed in a cheaper hotel as I still needed to get taxis everywhere. (having said that it was really cold at the time!!!) The hotel is well worth staying at. I was there during a cold time, so taxis were essential for me to get around. The staff spoke great english, and were all round professional and pleasant. I did not eat at the resturant so I cant comment there. The hotel adds a nice touch with some of the consumables it gives in the room (such as a disposable razor)
Travel tip : get the hotel staff to write down where you are going in mandarin. not many people speak english!

The hotel's position is worth 5 star. Design of the entrance hall. I was satisfied mostly with two things. First, the hotel's position is almost perfect as it just takes less than 10 minutes walk to Tiananmen Square and subway station. Second, through Agoda we can book with discount. The room (superior) room is overall ok. It is overall a nice choice.
