Club lounge was closed as construction work, but hotel arranged nicely lounge in a restraurant which was very good. As construction work of 15th floor, there was noise during the day.

We travelled with our two college age sons so it was important to get two rooms inexpensively. Location was good, and the best thing for them was the breakfast! It had a large variety of choices and it was a good incentive to get them out of bed to start the day!

Good hotel, good wifi access in rooms, adequate breakfast buffet, great location near sights. Beware of the tours to the Great Wall organised through most hotels, for an overpriced 350 RMB you'll receive a very average lunch at a government run restaurant and compulsary hour long stops at a government run jade factory (very expensive) and silk factory (similar).
Also be aware of locals 'inviting' you to a tea ceremony, this is a scam and will leave you considerably poorer once you're presented with a grossly inflated bill and some overpriced tea. The locals are scammers employed by the tea houses to enticed tourists.

Very frustrating and dissapointing. Management unable to solve even the simplest problems. Complete and utter lack of service. Do not stay in this hotel if you want anyone to take you seriously as a guest. Even local Beijingers say this hotel is a joke.

As the previous day, the wifi internet was bad, after reporting to customer service, they upgraded my room to deluxed room. the room was big, and the wifi internet worked perfectly.
