This was my second visit to the Chong Wen Men Hotel, this time as a solo traveler. I liked my room, good bathroom, and friendly staff. I used their internet facilities, which were handy though not very cheap. The hotel is in a central spot near the Forbidden City and a there is a good bakery around the corner. The subway is right outside, and can be used to connect with the fast train to the airport.
Hotel Feature Tip : Have some idea of how much your taxi ride should cost before engaging the taxis outside the hotel. E.g International airport 80-85 yuan by meter, bit you can pay an extra 50 yuan or for the convenience. Get the destination written in Chinese for the driver.

Service was excellent.
Rooms were comfortable.
The hotel was excellent in every respect. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Beijing. The location, service, affordability, comfort was of a very good standard. I would fully recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking from this hotel to everywhere is a great advantage.
