The receptionist speak very little English, the room was very small and really run down...
The room was generally-apparently clean though teh forniture very old and the carpet with patches of any kind. Items such as towels and shower gels are listed as to be paid at 10yuan/each. I made a comment about this with the receptionist and eventually they decided not to charge me for them...
One positive point, there is a PC in your room and free internet connection... 24 hours.

My worst experience ever. They asked me to wait for like 2 hours because this the time they need to clean the room. So I upgraded it and even then they had issues with agoda rates but they eventually upgraded it with +90 Rmb from single to double deluxe w/o me calling agoda which i was about to do. They even refused to show my booking with them to confirm the numbers of days and package since I didn't have the printed paper of my reservation with me. They switched to 4 persons to sort out my problem because language was also a problem
