The cleaning room staff were courteous and the rooms were cleaned well.
Staff cannot speak English well enough or at all, especially the front desk.
Definitely not 4 star standard. Book a 5 star hotel in this area or you will be disappointed.

Spacious room with ample storage space. Clean bathroom. Within walking distance to the Olympics village, restaurants and supermarket. Reception speaks reasonably good English, helpful and polite.
Bed mattress a little on the hard side. A little smell of smoke even I was on the non-smoking floor. Hotel is a far away from the nearest subway station - 20min walk or 10 mins if you take a bus.
I booked a room for one person for 7 nights, but I was given a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds. You get room service twice a day even without request. Staff are helpful and polite; receptionists speak reasonably good English. There was smell of smoke even though my room was on a non-smoking floor. The hotel is within walking distance to nearby restaurants and supermarkets but a little far to walk (20 mins) to the nearest subway station.
