Very good hotel, enjoyed the stay, central to everything, high end shopping.
Their TV was too small and internet was pricey.
A very good location in the uppper end of Beijing, food in abundance everywhere, transportation is a breeze as well. Will stay here again for my next visit

Clean, complete service hotel. Breakfast/internet package was reasonable. Beds and bathrooms were good.
Gym was pretty minimalist - 3 treadmills, one of which was broken, 2 bikes that marginally worked. Buffet breakfast was OK, not great.
This was a good mid-level business hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's incredibly conveniently located for touring - near the subway and shopping. Bathroom amenities were good, newspaper, internet worked well. They coped with my daughter bringing her bike over and storing it with the concierge.

Very well located, just 10 minutes to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.
There is a charge for internet, which I think is ridiculous. Other than that, I had no major complaints. My traveling companions felt that the breakfast buffet could have been more comprehensive, but, hey, -- it's the Crowne Plaza, not the Four Seasons. I recommend.
Well, there was one interesting night. I arrived back from dinner to find my door open and lights on. I telephoned the front desk, and an Assistant Manager appeared almost instantly. We inspected the room, everything was fine, safe not breached. Apparently, housekeeping must have walked out and forgotten to close up the room when doing the turndown service. The Assistant Manager was mortified and embarrassed. He apologized and told me quite firmly that the housekeeper would be spoken to, that this was intolerable and dangerous. Well, he was correct, of course, but I hope that they don't fire her. No harm, no foul, and mistakes do happen.
I recommend this hotel. Well located, nice facilities, and helpful and friendly staff.
Nightlife Tip : Walk to the night market (food) for some great local eats!!!
